An estimated ship date will be provided to you upon check out. Your merchandise will be shipped by United Parcel Service. A tracking number will be provided to you. To view your shipment please go to www.ups.com. Shipping prices are for domestic shipments only.
Return Policy
It is your responsibility to review your order for accuracy before checking out. We are not able to accept cancelations or changes to orders once they are placed, as they are immediately sent to production. Personalized items cannot be returned, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect. If manufacturing error, return request must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase. Please call (707) 743-2313 or email us at marshall95469@aol.com with Return Request in the subject line. All merchandise returned must be in its original condition with your sales receipt. We recommend that you insure your return. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
